Creating strategy, developing image, managing crisis, carrying out brand and corporate PR, and fulfilling marketing duties. Amongst other things, these are what determined Republic Group’s collaboration with BudaPart for years.


We kept the press informed of project milestones, status, and specific solutions. We organised panel discussions for journalistic stakeholders. Through consciously planned and coordinated reputation management, we neutralised negative press coverage and prepared the Hungarian public for Hungary’s first high-rise building.
By organising interviews, expert statements, and preparing for conferences, we strengthened Property Market’s expert image. As the sales period approached, we gradually stepped up our brand-focused PR activities, working with lifestyle media to highlight BudaPart’s assets and benefits through paid and organic PR materials and events.


We successfully neutralised negative press coverage, built a dedicated press stakeholder base for the Property Market during the collaboration, giving the development a continuous and strong organic PR presence, and as part of this, we were able to launch the sales and leasing of each phase in line with expectations.
