CHALLENGE

In the first half of the 2010s, Audi’s ever-expanding factory in Győr was facing a constant shortage of technical specialists, ranging from skilled workers to engineers. Potential employees were regularly being siphoned off from the region, so we were tasked with designing recruitment campaigns that would reach target groups nationwide.

SOLUTION

We developed an eye-catching and likeable campaign that appealed to those whose profession is also their passion. We reached people with secondary education through a localised “Shift with us” campaign with various outdoor ads, local radio spots, and newspapers. Higher education graduates were targeted mainly through online and TV advertising. Various ATL and BTL ads directed people to a microsite we created, where they could also register for a career day organised by Audi.

RESULT

The campaign was very successful. A record number of 6,263 applications were received, of which 360 contracts were signed.

WHAT WE WERE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Developing integrated recruitment campaigns that directed potential candidates to the microsite. The most important element of the campaign was a 3-minute image film that presented the 15 key values of Audi to the audience.
